1. 武汉大学化学与分子科学学院张先正教授课题在《Nature Communications》发表了题为“A vaccine-based nanosystem for initiating innate immunity and improving tumor immunotherapy”的论文，该研究发现较低的治疗响应率限制了免疫检查点阻断疗法在抗肿瘤方面的临床发展。我们将CD274敲除的siRNA整合进商业化的人乳头瘤病毒（HPV L1）疫苗蛋白中，制备了一种基于疫苗的纳米系统。该纳米系统的生物安全性良好，并且可以增强免疫治疗的响应率。HPV L1蛋白可通过I型干扰素通路激活天然免疫，与免疫检查点阻断疗法的协同抗肿瘤效果非常好。对于可切除和不可切除的肿瘤，改纳米系统能够减少71%的肿瘤复发，并且延长了67%的小鼠的存活期。此外，该纳米系统在不同突变的肿瘤荷瘤小鼠中，治疗响应率高。

2. 南方医科大学法医学院王起教授课题在《Food and Chemical Toxicology》发表了题为“Luteolin alleviates methamphetamine-induced neurotoxicity by suppressing PI3K/Akt pathway-modulated apoptosis and autophagy in rats”的论文，METH是一种高度成瘾的兴奋剂，可导致持续的神经毒性后果，尽管其潜在机制尚未完全阐明。木犀草素是一种类黄酮，具有神经保护作用。然而，尚未发现木犀草素对METH诱导的神经毒性的作用。在本研究中，SD大鼠先用木犀草素（100 mg / kg）或十二烷基硫酸钠水预处理，再用METH（15 mg / kg）或生理盐水处理。迅速收集纹状体以进行以下分析。与对照组相比，在METH组RNA-Seq分析中筛选出了347个差异表达基因（DEG），通过KEGG分析，这些基因主要富集到20条通路，包括PI3K / Akt信号通路。同时，与METH组相比，木犀草素预处理的大鼠中有75种DEG富集到12条途径中，其中还包含PI3K / Akt通路。此外，与METH组相比，木犀草素预处理可显着抑制PI3K，AKT，p-AKT的表达，p-AKT / AKT，p53，Bax，caspase 3的标准化比例以及Beclin1，Atg5的自噬相关蛋白。和LC3，这被METH大大提高了。总而言之，木犀草素可能通过抑制PI3K / Akt途径来减弱METH诱导的凋亡和自噬。这些发现表明木犀草素对METH诱导的神经毒性具有保护作用，可能提供潜在的治疗方法。
